BE ADVISED: REGISTRATION FOR AND INCLUSION IN THE OLYMPUS FASHION WEEK PRESS AND INDUSTRY LIST DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCESS TO SHOWS. DESIGNERS USE THE LIST AS A RESOURCE FOR THEIR INVITATION AND GUEST LISTS. IMG FASHION DOES NOT ISSUE TICKETS OR INVITATIONS TO SHOWS. INVITATIONS ARE SENT DIRECTLY BY EACH DESIGNER.

To receive accreditation for the Spring 2007collections in New York from September 8th to 15th, please complete and submit this application form. Inclusion in the Press and Industry lists circulated to designers, as well as application fees, will be determined on the following time table:

*Registrations received and approved between August 25th and September 1st, 2006 WILL NOT BE CIRCULATED TO DESIGNERS. Registrants will receive a copy of the Designer Contact Sheet to approach individual designers with invitation requests.

Instructions:
The information you provide in the registration form will be reviewed by our staff. Because of the overwhelming media interest in this event not all outlets and individuals will be approved for accreditation.

Please fill out the forms completely. How you enter information (capitalization, punctuation etc.) is the EXACT way it will be sent to designers. For this reason please be uniform in your entry and follow commonly used conventions for formatting of phone, fax, address etc.

Please fill out only ONE registration for each outlet. This registration should include all persons attending the shows under your affiliation. Duplicate or multiple registrations for media outlets may invalidate or delete the registrations.

Please request media riser access for photographers and videographers ONLY. Individuals will be checked upon entry to venues for professional grade equipment. Individuals who use these credentials but ARE NOT shooting from the media riser during the show, or are shooting from the aisles or standing room areas, will forfeit their credentials for the event and their registration fees will not be refunded.

Please designate if the individual you are requesting media riser access for is a "photographer" or "videographer". Additional follow up is now required for outlets credentialing videographers.

Credentials for photographers and videographers REQUIRE a photo. SIGNIFICANT WAIT TIMES ON SITE will be avoided if you upload these photos into the system BEFORE September 1st. Photos must be JPG format, cropped to be a headshot and the file size MUST be under 500K. Wait times to have your photo taken on site may be over an hour and the distribution of credentials with photos uploaded into the system and thus pre printed will be our priority.

You must finalize and "check out" with a valid credit card to be considered for accreditation. If you do not complete this step your registration will not be considered for approval. Your credit card will not be charged if your application is rejected.

If you are a freelancer you will need to send us tear sheet and a resume along with a letter of verification, on company letterhead, from the affiliation you freelance for. IMG Fashion will not accept applications from freelancers without these materials.

If you are applying for accreditation for the first time, please be sure to include as much information as you can about your affiliation with your application via an internet site and weblinks. If you do not have these materials on the web you will need to mail us a copy of the publication, video tape, company profile, press kit, etc. to the address below.
